Group members should be well-prepared and rehearsed to stay within the time limits. All presentation materials should be submitted in advance and made available via your git repository in the folder named org. Your TA should be able to access your presentation slides. Be ready to engage and respond to any queries during the Q&A session. |
On Fridays, the last two hours of the Work Group Sessions will be comprised of except for the first week, the Lab Session will be used for presentations. These will be done with all of your group in front of the 2 room TAsroom TA(s). Please go to that room during your specific timeslot. Project
Presentation Session Structure and Guidelines
Each group will be allocated a total of 10 20 minutes to present and discuss their work. The presentation session should be structured as follows:
Slides (5 6 minutes)
Prepare a few slides to support your presentation.
Briefly introduce the project topic and objectives of that week.Highlight the and work done that in this week.
Prepare a few slides to support your presentation.
Present what was done and how it was accomplished (and by whom) and what you have achieved.
Discuss some of the biggest challenges or any specific problems faced or the most difficult parts of the project you faced.
Demo (2 5 minutes)
Run your agent for the TAs and demonstrate that week's capabilities you implemented.
Please be prepared Be prepared: Make sure you are able to demo your agent by running it!
A TA will test your agent (with a focus on recommended capabilities for that week).
Question and Answer Session (2 6 minutes)
The group All group members should be familiar with all aspects of the entire project (to a reasonable degree).
Each group member should be prepared and able to answer basic questions from the TAs a TA about your weekly work work (agent, test results, etc.) or the course content.
Questions Project-related questions will be on the project and may be asked of any group member.It is recommended that all group members are familiar with the entire projectasked to a specific individual member of the group. Each group member will get their turn.
Feedback (1 minute3 minutes)
Time will be provided for TA The TA will provide some feedback on the group's progress.
