On Fridays, the last two hours of the Work Group Sessions will be comprised of presentations. These will be done with all of your group in front of the 2 room TAs.
Project Presentation Guidelines
Each group will be allocated a total of 10 minutes to present their work. The presentation should be structured as follows:
Slides (5 minutes)
Briefly introduce the project topic and objectives of that week.
Highlight the work done that week.
Prepare a few slides to support your presentation.
Present what was done and how it was accomplished.
Discuss any problems faced or the most difficult parts of the project.
Demo (2 minutes)
Run your agent for the TAs and demonstrate that week's capabilities you implemented.
Please be prepared
Question and Answer Session (2 minutes)
The group should be prepared to answer questions from the TAs about your weekly work or the course content.
Questions will be on the project and may be asked of any group member.
It is recommended that all group members are familiar with the entire project.
Feedback (1 minute)
Time will be provided for TA feedback on the group's progress.
Note: Group members should be well-prepared and rehearsed to stay within the time limits. All presentation materials should be submitted in advance as specified (details on submissions will be provided). Be ready to engage with the audience and respond to queries during the Q&A session.
